Beyond ROI Privacy Policy


Beyond ROI will not — under any circumstances — sell or rent your Information to any third party. We only use the data we collect to fulfill our contracted services. 

We take particular care when it comes to the risks surrounding data processing. We look at the potential consequences of destruction, loss, accidental or unlawful changing of personal data, and unauthorized access to personal data. 

-Never share data with people unrelated to the service we provide. 

-Only use your information to fulfill contracted services with your company

-Remove you from any future communications. You can request this here at anytime. 

-Provide a copy of your responses to you when requested. You can request this here at anytime. 

-Allow you to edit your data. You can request this here

-Delete responses you have provided across our platforms including all of your personal information. You can request this here at anytime. 
-Tell you if there’s a security breach. We support you to identify what’s been breached, contact data protection authorities, and tell any other relevant parties about the breach. 
-Give you, in writing, a record of everything we’ve done with your data upon request.

-Show you how we’ve met the obligations in this policy. 

Terms of Use


This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use Beyond ROI, By using our Services (even just participating in one of our surveys), you’re agreeing to the Terms. If you don’t agree with the Terms, you may not use our Services and should unsubscribe here


We know your personal information is important to you and it’s important to us. Our Privacy Policy details how your information is used when you use our Services. By using our Services, you're also agreeing that we can process your information in the ways set out in the Privacy Policy, so please read it here.

Both Beyond ROI, Inc. and your company process personal information (for example,  name, email address, and assessment results) and are therefore considered separate and independent data controllers of participants personal information under EU law. That means that each party is responsible for the personal information it processes in providing the Services.


You must be 18 or older to use our Services. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services with direct consent of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 are not permitted to use Beyond ROI, Inc. or the Services.

Content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes this content available. Correspondingly, you are responsible for your own content and you must ensure that you have all the rights and permissions needed to use that Content in connection with the Services. Beyond ROI is not responsible for any actions you take with respect to your Content, including sharing it publicly. Please do not use content from the Services unless you have first obtained the permission of its owner, or are otherwise authorized by law to do so. 


WARRANTY:  Beyond ROI is dedicated to making our services the best they can be, but we're not perfect and sometimes things can go wrong.  Beyond ROI ensures that the services we preform are in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and standards and within the stated objective within any contract between Beyond ROI our partners/client companies. 


LIABILITY LIMITS: In no event shall Beyond ROI, Inc.’s aggregate liability for any damages exceed the amount paid to Beyond ROI, Inc. for the specific project. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

The right to be informed.

Individuals have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data. This is a key transparency requirement under GDPR.

The right of access.

Individuals have the right to access their personal data and supplementary information. The right of access allows individuals to be aware of and verify the lawfulness of the processing. Click here to request access

The right to erasure.

The right to restrict processing.

Individuals have the right to request the restriction or suppression of their personal data. When processing is restricted, organizations are permitting to store the personal data, but not use it. Organizations have one calendar month to respond to a request. This right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances.

The right to data portability.

Individuals can obtain and reuse their personal data for their own purposes across different services. This right allows individuals to move, copy or transfer personal data easily from one IT environment to another in a safe and secure way, without hindrance to usability. This right enables consumers to take advantage of applications and services which can use this data to find them a better deal, or help them understand their spending habits.

The right to object.

Individuals have the right to object to:

  • Data processing based on legitimate interested or the performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority (including profiling);

  • Direct marketing (including profiling);

  • Data processing for purpose of scientific/historical research and statistics.

Rights in relation to automated decision and profiling.

This right protects individuals if organizations are carrying out solely automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on them.
