-Tell you if there’s a security breach. We support you to identify what’s been breached, contact data protection authorities, and tell any other relevant parties about the breach. 
-Give you, in writing, a record of everything we’ve done with your data upon request.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use Beyond ROI, Inc.services. By using our Services (even just participating in one of our surveys), you’re agreeing to the Terms. If you don’t agree with the Terms, you may not use our Services and should unsubscribe here.

YOUR PRIVACY

We know your personal information is important to you and it’s important to us. Our Privacy Policy details how your information is used when you use our Services. Both Beyond ROI, Inc. and your company process personal information (for example,  name, email address, and assessment results) and are therefore considered separate and independent data controllers of participants personal information under EU law. That means that each party is responsible for the personal information it processes in providing the Services.

ELIGIBILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES

You must be 18 or older to use our Services. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services with direct consent of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 are not permitted to use Beyond ROI, Inc. or the Services.

Content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes this content available. Correspondingly, you are responsible for your own content and you must ensure that you have all the rights and permissions needed to use that Content in connection with the Services. Beyond ROI is not responsible for any actions you take with respect to your Content, including sharing it publicly. Please do not use content from the Services unless you have first obtained the permission of its owner, or are otherwise authorized by law to do so. 

WARRANTY:  Beyond ROI is dedicated to making our services the best they can be, but we're not perfect and sometimes things can go wrong.  Beyond ROI ensures that the services we preform are in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and standards and within the stated objective within any contract between Beyond ROI our partners/client companies. 

LIABILITY LIMITS: In no event shall Beyond ROI, Inc.’s aggregate liability for any damages exceed the amount paid to Beyond ROI, Inc. for the specific project. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
